  1. are they still accepting applicants?chmc?is it for volunteer nurses or as staff nurse?thanks!
  2. try to search some previous thread here..i think someone posted same as what you're asking.the requirements and process also. :)
  3. i went @ e rod yesterday,i think they also accepts applicants for global city but just for manpooing only.and regards to e rod hosp,i went there and even heard that they will open 4 staff nurses because of some staff of e rod asked them to transfer @ global..therefore,there will be a possibility for e rod st lukes to hire new batch of staff and probably nurses..that's what i heard, not that sure..but i heard this even twice to two different people who have friends there.. i also didnt have any clue when they will open or if they will hire..just shared what i heard.hehe...just post here if ever they will hire guys..thanks!!
  4. sure salingcatcat.. =) just like you,im also confused to go there and pass my credentials.anyway, trying won't hurt me..within this month i'll try and let you know what will happen,i'll just post here if they're really accepting staff nurse.. may god bless us job hunters!!hehe...
  5. regarding to your last question here about hosp with bls, ecg, acls: just try heart center.they're having monthly training for these bls etc.just check their site or contact them for their december sched.they also have ivt but not sure if they have this dec..for having lots of choices of hosp, try search some threads here..
  6. i heard that you need to have a backer there in ncmh..but im not that sure.i just wanna ask if it is really true?and if not,are they open for hiring?thanks for this info...im just one ride from there compare to capitol that i tried passing my credentials weeks ago..
  7. to miaka_tamahome and abby0411 is rn residency at v. luna hospital is just like a sort of voluteer?or is it a pre-employment process to the said hospital?thanks a lot!!
  8. month ago,i also went there and the same thing, they said to pass a resume on the emaill add they gave me.the hr told me that they have a batch of applicants.just try to email them..and then after months just go there and try to pass your crednetials again..just like what i'll do.. =)
  9. went @ capitol earlier this day,and yes they really hire nurses..like what i said,i graduated not in a university school but they accept my credentials.maybe because one of the hr asked me if im already IV therapist then i said yes..they dont even asked my NLE score nor what school i graduated from.just go there as early as you can guys..
  10. to blueblink88: didnt you tried going there and tried to pass your credentials?im also not graduated in a university schools, but i'l just try my luck there. =) also i didnt reached their 78 above average in NLE,but just what i said....il just try to go there..
  11. ospital ng maynila is accepting volunteers (went there last august)...i think it's a month of a volunteer axperience there and i think extending upto two months if you want..we're on the same batch...and completed some of the basic requirements or i might say trainings that some hospital might require you to have..why dont you try to have an IVT first?it's a plus for you...it's just a piece of advice. =) anyway, the thread is about nurse volunteers...try to search here. a lot of threads also post like what you're asking.
  12. i think st lukes e rod is niot accepting applicants as a staff nurse, but st lukes gc is accepting applicants and just for manpooling only..i went there last week of september and yes, they're accepting resume..i forgot if i also gave my credentials..when you're on slgc floor, the guard there sitting at the left side will tell you that it's for manpooling only..then ask you to have your resume with them and then tell you to write some basic infos on their list of those who already gave their resume.... anyway, even it's just for manpooling and no assurance when they will call you, atleast we tried and we just have to wait and try different hospitals.. may god bless us for our job hunting....
  13. i think the only requirement for new nurses to have ivt license is the prc license only..although i heard and im not sure if some hosp just require board rating or board passing...im not that sure.so,just wait...have patience to yourself.after you done or completed the cases, the ansap processing for theivt card takes 2months..therefore,if you really need to have the ivt license asap, find a hospital that gives training and completion at the same hosp..and if that hosp have les cases plus lots of nurses who doesnt completed yet their cases then find another one that gives completion, just completion...i think another payment for that one...anyway,goodluck for your ivt.. here's a tip: have a complete list near your place and ask if they're accredited by ansap and if they give just for completion of cases..if you didnt reach the said 6mos of completion of 662 cases, another training again, another payment and days and months...
  14. i think any training done here in philippines is not accredited to different countries.better read some thread with suzzane's post..even as volunteer nurse, what i read is not considered as job experience.so sad....but i think it's true.
  15. ur welcome hamish...i just didn't like my experience when i went there and that happens to me.. to nuse pukyaw, didn't you just call them?or is this your first time to follow up your application?
