That is just beyond cool, and the fact that the response has been so overwhelming restores some of my faith in my fellow man.
Can this man be cloned??

This man is doing what a lot of hospitals need to be doing. Going to the people that work outside of the offices for solutions to saving money.

I need to know that there are more good people like this man in our field. I still have hope. Someday, people will realized that its hardwork and most of all teamwork that gets the job done. We are suppose to be in a compassionate field. How I dream that someday, we can come together and become loyal colleagues. This man, this hospital gives me some hope. What a great hospital.

Wow, there is a God. I am floored. A CEO who actually cares. Is anyone ice skating in Hell right now? LOL

I believe we have the same type of CEO.
Our system put up a web page within our system sites asking for ideas from the employees for any cost saving measures so that lay offs could be avoided. The suggestions are viewable by anyone. Ones that are chosen are displayed. So far they ideas implimented have worked in our system. No one has been laid off.

I agree this man is a gem.
Even more so are the hundreds of employees who are willing to make personal sacrifice for the betterment of their co-workers and employer.
