Hospice nurse "survival kit"

Hi all!

I am a crisis care (continuous care) LPN that works 12 hours shifts. Our department is having a picnic to help promote department morale and camaraderie. We will be having games and door prizes. We will be giving away smaller prizes, and one bigger prize which is my duty to gather. I decided I'd like to give a "Hospice Nurse Survival Kit", a basket with items that will help the winner get through some of these long, 12 hour shift. I was thinking I'd put in a coffee travel mug, a small Starbucks gift card, a bottle of Tylenol, some hand sanitizer... What other suggestions do you have for me? I really appreciate any ideas!! Thank you!

I love my little Maglite super-bright flashlight (under $10). Bandage scissors. And I have never have enough pens! Be sure to have some chocolate in there.

A bottle of wine! LOL.

A gift certificate for a massage....a phone charger....Kleenex....those little toothbrush things, wisps, I think they are called....nuts or pretzels......water......a little tool thing with a screwdriver and a knife, cause you just never know....one of those little flip books about wound care....a good map.....

Dark Chocolate....Wine....Dark Chocolate.....Wine....

Gift card for a restaurant, munchies, crystal light individual packets in various flavors (sometimes water gets boring), pens, extra note paper/chart forms, pen lights, Small books, personal wipes, comb/brush, breath mints, gum. No Doze! Plus the other stuff mentioned above! Nice Idea! (can I get in on the drawing)

Shout wipes! I love these things so hard it's obscene. They get out ALL the stains I've used them on, including blood.

A camelbak water bottle with a bite valve is my new best friend. Does. not. leak. BPA free, too.

Amazon GCs are always good. Free books rock. Smartwool socks!
