Scary. Tyra Banks had some women who were hospitalized after having silicone injected into their butts at someone's home. Those poor women almost lost their lives, have constant pain and can barely sit down for more than 20 minutes at a time. Of course, they had something to do with their current conditions by deciding to risk letting somebody inject silicone (it ended up being non-medical grade silicone that wasn't even sterile) into their bodies for aesthetics. I'm not against plastic surgery in the least bit (I may get some one day), but be smart about it and if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
You can enhance your butt very effectively at home. It's hard and takes work, but it's damned effective and will make you feel like a rockstar, for those tough enough to try it. You simply get a barbell and squat and deadlift some heavy weights. That's it. Of course, when looking only for the cheap and quick alternative like the butt-enhancing surgery, the barbell method won't work, which is a damned shame.
Don't mind my tangent, but it's true...

I seem to also remember a case where some men tried to do liposuction with a vaccum cleaner, I think it was a few years ago on Long Island?
