Holistic Health Assessment starting 9/23

Hey everyone! I wanted to start a thread to see who is enrolling in this course. I have purchased my books used on Amazon. Hopefully we can get through this course together!

I officially HATE this course. I have 10 hours to get this last assignment completed. I am just now starting. It really is hard to take these classes while working full time.

Soooo.... I made an 89.9 in Nursing A&B, and the whole 'we don't round' thing made me so mad I almost switched programs but decided it would take too long.

I think it's entirely possibly that's going to happen again based on my grades that are up.

On a better note, this class is over! And I'm three classes away from being finished! I read books (for fun?!) the rest of the week!

Funny, but I had considered going to UTA for my graduate degree because its the only school in the area with the program I want. This program has been such a disappointment that I've figured out a couple of alternative plans. I made sure to tell that to the guy that calls to see how the program is going.

I turned in the last assignment with 27 pages! I just copied and paste everything. I hope that is what she was looking for. I need to take the quiz next

Advice for upcoming students: You don't need the Nursing Diagnosis book. I cracked mine 3 times and it was for common diagnoses, interventions, and outcomes that can be found online. Glad I rented mine, but it was $30 I could've saved. You also don't need the Bar Chart either. You DEFINITELY need the lab manual and Assessment book, though.

Yay it is over! I'm taking my 84% B happily! At one point I thought I would make an A but that was short lived!

I didn't get it...instead, Amazon lets you see certain pages in the books so I just searched for what I was looking for, found it somewhere appropriate and used that! Definitely did NOT need the bar chart either!
