I have decided to start a thread for HCC future nurses that are applying for class beginning 2015 of spring. I would like us all to be able to share and relate to one another, while experiencing this exciting moment. I know it may seem a little early but better sooner then later. This will be my last semester before I can apply to the program. I am registered to take micro with lab and humanities fall 2014. I will be able to submit my application in right after my grades are posted. The deadline for the 2015 spring class is June 1st if I am not mistaken. How is everyone else holding up?

I hope we can have colored stethoscopes because I really want the raspberry tubing with rainbow head if I go with the Littmann 2 SE!!!!

Same here!! I love that one! Or the Caribbean blue with the rainbow head. Too bad the rainbow only comes with certain color tubes lol

The cardiology series one has a lavender tube with rainbow head and a turquoise tube with a smoke/black head that are cute too. Still debating between he two classes of stethoscopes.

So I got confirmation that we CAN have any color stethoscope we like ? I'm also going to get my name engraved in mine. I am debating about getting a cardiology stethoscope but the Littmann classic 2 SE seems good also.

I'm not buying anything yet lol. Just looking ^_^ I'm really leaning towards the cardiology series. I know its more money but I'm so paranoid about being able to hear that I like the thought of getting one of the most sensitive. I think the only thing better is a cardiology masters but they are ugly!

Im looking into the cardiology scope as well. It depends on everything. I just ran into some challenging hills financially and im trying to figure everything out.

Do we make the $38 check payable to HCC or Hillsborough Community College? Does it not matter which one we write?

Also, you guys put your stuff in the drop box? did you put it back in an envelope like the one it came in or what???

You make the check out to HCC. Also you are suppose to put your acceptance paper & check into a white envelope like the one it came in & yes place it in the drop box (same place where you put your application).

ALSO SIL & I wrote our names & student ID's on the envelope.

It took about 15 minutes each person. Beware of parking it is horrible
