I have decided to start a thread for HCC future nurses that are applying for class beginning 2015 of spring. I would like us all to be able to share and relate to one another, while experiencing this exciting moment. I know it may seem a little early but better sooner then later. This will be my last semester before I can apply to the program. I am registered to take micro with lab and humanities fall 2014. I will be able to submit my application in right after my grades are posted. The deadline for the 2015 spring class is June 1st if I am not mistaken. How is everyone else holding up?

Hey guys I know the finals r done now...Have you guys begun the application n send it in?

Hello again everyone! I take my last final tomorrow, and looks like I will be applying with a 3.57.

I am soooo kicking myself in the butt though because a few semesters ago I ended up with a 79.25 in MICRO!!!!!! If only I would have tried a tiny bit harder my GPA would be a 3.7 :(

Oh well, lesson learned......

I am getting so nervous though! I am putting dale mabry mornings, afternoons, and nights/weekends as my first 3 choices!

How does the process go applying for different school's nursing programs? Do you have to have their prereqs done as well? I am done with the HCC nursing prereqs, and in the summer and fall I am working on my AA stuff along with USF's nursing prereqs so when I am done with the HCC program I can transfer to USF and only be there a year for my bachelors!!

Each school has their own prerequisite classes needed. So yes u may possibly need more classes. Actually doing the same. Ill be transfering to usf right after hcc program ends. Im taking chem and statistics fall semester along with human nutrition and life span. That will be hard.. wish me luck grrr
