I have decided to start a thread for HCC future nurses that are applying for class beginning 2015 of spring. I would like us all to be able to share and relate to one another, while experiencing this exciting moment. I know it may seem a little early but better sooner then later. This will be my last semester before I can apply to the program. I am registered to take micro with lab and humanities fall 2014. I will be able to submit my application in right after my grades are posted. The deadline for the 2015 spring class is June 1st if I am not mistaken. How is everyone else holding up?

Don't worry Izzy, English 2 won't affect your prereq gpa, they only use your overall gpa to break a tie, but congratulations on Brutish Lit!

Hey SILVACH,

I was reading some of your posts and it seems we are kind of on the same pathway! I am also in the process of getting my AA to transfer to USF. And I want to be a nurse practitioner as well!

Actually, I'm applying for some other schools that look at your overall GPA as well. So that C is going to suck for that.

Oh :( well don't be too hard on yourself!

It is what it is lol. No going back now. Atleast I kicked brit lits behind! Those readings were not my thing.

Ugh I bet. But I know how you feel. I got a C in micro and I hate myself for it! But I just keeping thinking of it as now I know to work way harder :)

Lectures always get me in the sciences. I do awesome @ Labs (hands on) but memorizing for lecture is not my forte! ^_^ Live and learn though!

Yeah labs are way easier! But live and learn for sure.

Sorry, it's been a while since I came on here! I finished Micro Lab and Lecture with A's sooooooooooo I just dropped off my application on Wednesday:) I'm very excited and I applied for night and weekends at Dale Mabry campus. How about you?
