Hey everyone!
This post is for the Spring 2022 Nursing program at HCC. I applied for the Fall and was not accepted so trying again for Spring!
GPA was calculated as 3.28
Fall’s cutoff GPA was 3.52 which seems incredibly low for that semester so here’s to hoping Spring is even lower! Good luck!!

Did anyone only have the 2 doses of Hep B and not the 3rd when they submitted everything? They said we can start with 2 but doesn’t say whether we need the 3rd considering we had the option to decline the vaccine altogether. I have two doses from 2014 that was partially accepted on the verified website. I wonder if they’ll eventually want the third dose.
This is what I’m going through as well. I have 2 doses of hep B and not the 3rd one. I called the department of health and they don’t have appointments until December, my pcp doesn’t have the shot as well as other local pcp offices I called. Can a nurse with a license sign off the forms?? because I’m thinking of getting it at Walgreens but there isn’t a provider or mid level there.

When I look at the immunization tree that they sent, it says we’re good to go with two doses. I’ll send them an email and ask.

If you find out sooner, please let me know. Thank you.

No problem! ☺️ I figured it’s better to ask now and give ourselves time to get it figured out. It’s good to know there’s no deadline for the 3rd dose!
That was my only issue. Everything else is submitted and has been approved with no issues thankfully. My name badge gets here today and I’ve already ordered and received my stethoscope. Just waiting on my scrubs, and I still need to buy a pen light and utility scissors.
Hope it’s coming along smoothly for everyone else!
