Hillsborough Community College Nursing Program Application Spring 2022

Hey everyone!

This post is for the Spring 2022 Nursing program at HCC. I applied for the Fall and was not accepted so trying again for Spring!

GPA was calculated as 3.28

Fall’s cutoff GPA was 3.52 which seems incredibly low for that semester so here’s to hoping Spring is even lower! Good luck!!

I was thinking of making some sort of group chat on which ever platform is best for cohort 4.

I was told they accept roughly 144 people so I’m thinking 28-ish students per cohort? I could also be totally wrong LOL

I’m down for that! I’m not sure of any others who were cohort 4 though besides those in our acceptance email!

I just accepted a seat in cohort 4! I was originally #10 on the alternative list!

Hey! Did everyone receive the clinical email? I’m not sure if the covid vaccine was mandatory or not since it wasn’t in the packet. I had emailed them about it but I just wanted to make sure so I can tell my doctor beforehand since I haven’t gotten it yet ?‍?

Hey, I signed up for the CPR class for this Thursday, but I wanted to know if the manual was absolutely needed? @Chinostroza

Hi! I just got them about an hour or so ago. They attached a immunizations tree in the email, there it says you need either the 2 dose moderna or pfzier, or the one dose J&J vaccine. If you received the email with all the documents, I would read everything very thoroughly. It's a lot of information.

COVID vaccine is mandatory, you can find the info in the immunization info tree pdf!
