Is anyone else planning on applying for the Fall 2017 nursing program? I know it is really early, but I am just too excited. I want other people to share my excitement with!! :)
Wow I hate having to relive this again !! Wish I would have gotten accepted last semester because the waiting is torture . lol you guys need to relax and focus in what you have to do . you won't see anything fully updated on webadvisor till one week before the deadline . well at least this is what happened last semester . hopefully we all get accepted but at the same time let's be realistic and always have a plan b !
So, question for all:
I just took the TEAS, passed with proficiency but a shame of score (65.3). I will have to retake in order of increasing my chances with PHSC, but I know the scores doesn't matter for HCC, right?
Should I apply to HCC now (with this shameful score) or should I wait and submit the application with a better score? (I can't afford not to have a better score next time).
What you guys think?
Other thing, can you guys confirm with me the pre-reqs for admission?
I think my GPA might be lower... I know it is 3.8 with Pasco-Hernando.
Thanks everyone.
Bellalinda, I hope you get in this time. All of us!

Mamallama01, I would definitely apply now because the deadline is coming up fast. With a 3.8 GPA, I am pretty certain you will get into HCC as long as you did all of the prereqs. If HCC is your first choice, you probably don't even have to apply to other schools. The TEAS score will be accepted at a 60 so there is no reason to submit a higher TEAS score to HCC. You should be good!
