Hillsborough Community College Fall 2017

Is anyone else planning on applying for the Fall 2017 nursing program? I know it is really early, but I am just too excited. I want other people to share my excitement with!! :)

My TEAS test is tomorrow.... good vibes, please!!!

I am guessing you are originally from Thailand (your username)- which by the way is one of my favorite places in Earth!! - so, yes, Spanish could be more difficult for you, since is a language that has its roots in Latin. For me, it was easy because it is VERY similar to Portuguese. I learned French as my second language (and Spanish as a third), so I guess is really up to an individual experience...

I couldn't learn your native language in an entire existence!! it is just too different for me!

But... you should give it a try! someone mentioned an app named "duoling" and I second that. My daughter and husband are learning Portuguese with that app.

So I want to turn in my application but I'm not quite sure if they are asking for the 2 pages of the TEAS results or if they want the one page transcript from the ATI website. What did you guys do? I know it probably doesn't matter, but this is a lot of paperwork. lol.

Ok, so I decided to sell my books and just posted them on craigslist. I'll post the link here in case anyone is interested, before I cross post it. They're in pretty good condition, especially the Med Surge book, as I'm more of a ebook reader. And yes, for the people here I would hold (in order of request) them until you get the acceptance letter. I'm in no hurry to sell.

I used 2 pages that the staff in the exam room print it out for me. :up:

I am stationed in South Carolina, so I took my TEAS at a college over here. When I turned in my application, I turned in the two pages that the staff gave me (But they said they were going to electronically send a copy to HCC- but they never did) so I ordered a copy to send to HCC myself. I think if you took it on a campus there, you should be fine.

Hello, I'm new to this and I've been reading up on here to get more information. I'll be applying with a 4.0 and 76.7 TEAS score. I tested for the TEAS in 2015, 2016 and this past February. Did we have to include ALL scores including from the one from two years ago? Thanks guys!

Yes, there is a spot on the application where you can put all TEAS attempt scores. What campus is your first choice?
