I'm going to be graduating a semester early from high school and I'm wanting to go to college to become a registered nurse. What is the best way to do this? I'm thinking about going to adn-bsn.

I would recommend looking into the local community college programs. Find out what prerequisite courses you need to take and how the admission process works. Maybe you can call someone at the local college to find out more information. In my state there are programs where high school students can take community college courses for free. Maybe your area has a similar program where you could start taking basic courses like biology, english, etc. Good luck. Nursing is a great career choice.

If you want to go to college, do just that. Find a 4 year college that has a nursing program.
Is it better for me to get my bsn?

As long as you can afford it, I would get the bachelors. You will likely still have the same role as the ADNs, but, if you ever decide that you'd like to go into advanced practice (more money, more autonomy, etc. etc.) you will already have the requisite bachelors degree, making it that much easier. Plus, unless your parents make a ton of money (and won't help you get a degree at all) you should be able to afford an instate public university pretty easily. Make sure you apply for any state scholarships too! Plus, I'm not sure if this is true in nursing, necessarily, but, in the rest of the world, people who have bachelors degrees have many more doors opened to them than those with only associates degrees.
I'm thinking about doing the rn - bsn program, I'd there any fall backs on that ? & in Florida can you get a crna license with a bachelors?

No, you cannot get a CRNA license with a bachelors. A CRNA is an Advanced Practice Nurse. You must have a Masters Degree. You must have Critical Care experience before you can even think of applying to a CRNA program.
RN-BSN programs are for people who are already RNs.

RN-BSN programs are bridging programs for people that already have their ASN.

Yes, go for your BSN. You are young and aren't married with kids. Do this now!
And RN-BSN programs are for RN's with ADN's/ASN's (two year community college degrees) to get their BSN's (Bachelor of Science in Nurse - a 4 year degree).
