This should get the response you need. And, you are most welcome.

Hello and welcome aboard :)

If you go to the General International Forum on here, there's loads of info about how to start the application process for nursing in the US. You should be able to find what you're looking for there.

hi, welcome to the site. i am currently studying for my nclex exam and am hoping to move to the states with my husband and 2 kids in may 2007! i am going with ogrady peyton and am currently finding them really good. they have seemed really efficient at the paperwork side of things and it is nice having someone who can help guide you through the process. i will only be tied to them for an 18 month contract then we can do what we want and go where we want! the study programme they provide for the nclex is pretty good and i am enjoying it all so far! if you want to contact me then feel free to private message me! good luck, jane. x:)

you can do it on your own and plenty of good stickys at the top of the international forum will help.

If you go through the NY Bon as advised in one of the stickys CGFNS does all the running for you which is a lot easier.

Doing it on your own gives you more control over where you go, agency can not promise you a place as they don't know until nearer time what they have available.

Look between 12-18 months before you move

Added bonus once you get ATT you can sit NCLEX in London, plenty of good books on Amazon to help you prepare and Saunders is one of the best but also found this site good http://www.learningext.com

PS welcome to the site

Thank you all for your responses.I really appreciate it.
