Hide-a-Butt patient gowns

Published

Almost 90% of patient's ask, "Is my butt showing"? I myself don't answer the question, I just get another gown and put it on them opening in the front. Problem solved! Nope, why not invent a gown that already covers the butt with easy access for the nurse or doctor to examine the patient! Gown with a button flap over the rear? It would protects patient's privacy and decrease patient's anxiety from worrying about it!

Hoping they go into circulation soon!

It seems like the super incontinent patients are the ones that always insist on wearing two gowns even when in bed. There have been a couple times where I flat out refused to put two gowns on until they actually want to get out of bed, or their room where they should actually worry about modesty. (I work the night shift)

OMG!!! See it's an issue in every state even Detroit!! I love that new design Christy1019! I knew someone would create a new design that patients, even me would feel comfortable wearing!! I'm gonna pitch this to my work and see if they will adopt the new design. I will save them tons of money plus less water waste washing double for every patient that requests a second gown to cover them up! Our medical group is huge and in numerous states even Hawaii!

Unfortunately I didn't get to experience how well they worked as I had already left when they adopted these gowns but I hear they are amazing! Hopefully your job adopts them!!
