2. Do i need to take toefl exam? And how many points i should have to pass ?
3. After i pass TOEFL, can i already apply for NCLEX RN exam?
4. Is there anything else i should to before i apply NCLEX RN?
I hope you can help my answer my questions, now i feel very worried that i can not even take this exam. If someone aske this questions before, please send me a link, so i can read :)

Thread moved to nurse registration forum.
First you are not applying for the NCLEX but for a nursing license by examination. You need to decide which state you wish to become licensed and work. You may need an English proficiency exam whether TOEFL or IELTS depends on the state board of nursing requirements for internationally educated nurses. You will likely need your transcripts and education reviewed and verified. Some states like California do their own assessment. Many other states use CGFNS.org to assess education and background.
Hi, thank you for your replay, but can you please tell me where to apply for :nursing license? What it means?
Where i can find info about which English proficiency exam i should take?
So first i need to take English proficiency exam, then CGFNS then i can apply for Nclex RN? Do i understand well?

Which state do you plan on living and working in? Once you have decided you need to look at their website. Links can be found to the state BON website at the bottom of the page. Once you meet their requirements for International nurse they will give eligibility to sit NCLEX. Once you have passed that you will receive either a license or a letter confirming you meet requirements but a license will not be issued until you can provide them with a US SSN. A US SSN can only be applied for once in the US with a valid work/immigrant visa. Once you get to this stage then that is when the hard work comes in due to a few reasons. 1. Many US nurses are currently struggling for work and 2. Retrogression/immigrant visa and the several years wait for the nurse to arrive in the US and start working means many employers are not willing to wait that long.
Depending on the state you choose will depend whether English exam is required and which one the state will accept
Hi, thank you for you answer, now i understand more.
I checked Illinois, and they want me to do Credentials Evaluation Service, it means that i need to apply for some kind of document state that i do finish my Medical University? They say one of the documents they need is "secondary education proof" , it means they even need my high school documents? So university doc are not enough? They also said:
"Prepare and send the
Request for Academic Records/Transcripts
form to any nursing or
nursing-related post-secondary (tertiary) schools that you attended outside the United
States, asking them to send your academic records/transcripts to CGFNS."
Here what i am worried about: My school is very problematic school. I am worried they gonna have huge problem about this. I have my transcript and diploma, can i send them myself? Nursing programm in my university is not very helpfull to students. What can i do in this kind of situation?
Transcripts have to come direct from school, usually not accepted directly from candidate unless in a sealed stamped envelope
