    I think you missed the point of Sour Lemon's post.... it's going to depend on the program and the other candidates that are applying at the same time as you.... You may be competitive for some programs but many of the programs you wouldn't be competitive. Thus it's impossible for anyone here to tell you what your chances are.

    It depends on the program. A private school's program? Maybe. A public school's program? I doubt it. Talk to the schools you're interested in to find out.
