Anyone take supplements like valerian root? Or hops flower? There are any number of stories about false positives on UDS, so I'm wondering if anyone can share their knowledge/experience?

I do take melatonin to sleep. Works wonderfully, I have seen an article or two about how it becomes a placebo effect after a while. I have taken it for years and don't sleep well if I don't. Beyond that, I would honestly avoid herbal supplements because given the unregulated quality of most of them, I'd be a little worried.

You can see what they say is in the supplement on the package, but there are a lot of articles about what's not on the label that's in the supplement. Good luck!

I am in monitoring and have taken valerian a lot actually. My psychiatrist said it was fine. If you take the liquid, make there it says it is totally alcohol free. If you take the capsules then obviously there is no alcohol in it.

I only do a vitamin, Magnesium and Melatonin. Anything else would scare me, I just don't know enough about how they breakdown. My luck, I'd test positive for crack or something. So, I avoid most everything these days.
