I must say I am in the exact same boat as you. I took the test yesterday. 140+ questions and I know for sure I at least got the last one wrong (I, too, looked it up). I now feel for sure that I failed and am having a hard time dealing (i.e. crying, hyperventilating, etc.). So, futureRN2BSN have you found out whether or not you passed?...I could really use some hope.

Let me just say that was the longest wait ever. I felt for sure I had failed. As mentioned above, I had 140+ questions and it shut off on a question I answered wrong...I passed though! This just goes to show, even if you get the last question wrong past question 75, this means nothing.

There is a God!

sorry for the very late response! by the way, i did pass! i've never been so unsure about anything in my life until i took that test. but there is hope!! so thank you all for the encouragement, and good luck to the people who are going to take it! you can do it!

:balloons::balloons::welcome: to the world of nursing!! i searched this thread to see what became of you and i am happy to hear that it was good news, after all!

Well guys, I took my NCLEX on the 12th of july and my computer shut off at 75 questions and i felt like many of you, horrible, i just knew i failed. I had one math question tons of questions that were select all that apply, questions on osteoporosis, Parkinsons, Cushings, BPH, and gall bladder disease, i also had many medication questions. I left not knowing what to expect just knowing that i failed. the thing is when you get 75 questions you either do really well or really bad and of course i thought everything negative that i failed, that 48 hourse was like H%&*, i couldn't eat sleep or think it was horrible, however i passed. The thing is you can pass with 75 as well as fail with 75. You can also fail with 265 and pass with 265 so you just never can tell. What I can say to you guys is to stay positive and find some way to keep busy for those 48 hours. The hardest part is over, which is actually getting through nursing school and if you can get through that you have accomplished something wonderful.

I will keep each and everyone of you NCLEX test takers in my prayers. Hang in there, like many stated to me, no one comes out feeling assured and confident. Keep us posted!

I would just like to say I took my nclex last week and got 265 questions. Now you know I really thought I failed. I PASSED. I studied just from Saunders and did alot of questions from the cd. If I can do it, you all can do it.
