Help me list MPH/MSN and PHNL/NP programs

Please help me put together a list of schools in across the US that offer a Public health with NP (FNP) or Masters in Public health With Masters of Nursing.

OP, from a practical standpoint ... even if posters chimed in naming schools ... how would you know that your list is correct and/or complete? Think about other ways to get the information that you need.

Thanks I have Hopkins in mind, it seems this is the only school that has what I am looking for which is PHNL-NP CNM.

Wanted to make sure it was the only option out there since the tuition is very high.

I really hadn't heard much about crowdfunding until the other day and it was here on AN. Wouldn't you know it but there's an article in my local newspaper this morning requesting funds.
