I'm a Filipino nurse and currently still in the Philippines, but I'm also licensed in Northern Marianas (also known as Saipan). I applied for a visa screen last year and (stupidly) declared that I'm also licensed in aformentioned US colony; the problem is I don't know how much I should pay the board to process my license verification and send it to CGFNS.
Last August, I sent them the form, along with a note saying that I have no idea how much I should be paying them to process it, so if they could please email or call me (I left my email and number) to let me know so I can send the necessary amount right away. NADA.
Now my application is going to expire in MAY, and I've emailed them, left them messages in their phone (because no one is answering, ***?) but I'm not getting any reply! This is frustrating, because I shelled out 300+ USD for the visa screen application, but if it expires, then it's just like I threw away that hundreds of dollars.
My question is -- do you have any advice on what else I should do? I'm thisclose to calling CGFNS and asking them as well, but I have a feeling they won't really care. And I'd like to ask my co-nurses first, just in case someone had a similar problem.

i tried that main number before ( i got it from a website with list of bons), i think it was the hospital according to the one who answered. i asked for the cbone then it got cut off. when i tried calling again, they won't answer anymore.

As far as I can remember this would be the first time that the Board will be having an office in the hospital. Maybe that time it was considered a wrong number since the board had a separate office that is very far and not anyway connected to the hospital.

Maybe so, the exact number i got from a website was (670)234-8950 through 8954 but no extension was mentioned. So, I will try again this time and ask for the extension you gave. Thanks nursedandy.

the possibility is always there esp. nobody is in that add now. i just hope the delivery man knows that they move already or atleast a notice had been posted in the old office of their transfer.
