Thread moved to the International Forum since it has to do with specifics of immigration and licensure.
Unless you are already being sponsored for a landed immigrant visa, you are not going to be able to get a visa to work there as an LPN, or equivalent of that. You need to have the RN after your name, just as you do for the US.
Please check out the other threads here on this very same topic.
I am in Canada right now.

This is the website of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta, international registration page.
You say you're in Canada now... are you a landed immigrant or a permanent resident already? Unless you are, you will not be given permission from immigration to move to Alberta as an LPN.
Thank you! I just want to get the Licensen now.

It will take a few months to go through the process and sit the exam and as the link mentions if not done your LPN training in Canada or the US you maybe required to do a clinical assessment before being eligible to sit the exam. You need to apply and follow the instructions on the site. Check out the link that was provided.

Where in Alberta are you living?
Several of the schools that educate PNs offer a course for overseas educated PNs to bring their skills to Canadian standards and introduce them to the Canadian healthcare system.

I am in Toronto Right now. However, I heard that there is lots of jobs in Alberta. I am thinking to move there. And I have friend there who can give me job offer as LPN.
I would take that job offer with a grain of salt. If it's in the private sector maybe. Hospitals, nursing homes, day centres are all unionized and there is a hiring procedure to follow regardless of the nursing shortage.
It is for nursing home.
The bulk of nursing homes here are unionized. I'd treat that offer with a grain of salt. We may have a nursing shortage but there is still a hiring procedure to follow. Most jobs go to new grads who have done part of their training there and then they look to "outsiders"
