Iam an English Registered Nurse who enjoys following the discussions of my American colleages, but I don't understand all the abreviations and terms. How about a glossary to help the English . Many thanks.

look up above your post, the blue buttons there have one for glossary...don't worry, there are many that don't understand the abbreviations.

"Real" abbreviations, or "slang" abbreviations?
It's funny how we all speak English, but we really do speak different languages sometimes!
