Just wanted to welcome you as well. I have been to that area, but luckily enough have never needed medical services there.

Be aware that you will need to pass the Spanish Nursing Boards in Spanish. The one nice thing is that you will not have all of the immigration issues to deal with, but just the licensure headaches............:)
