Weight went back up with the end of the Holidays. I fell off the healthy wagon. Perhaps it would be best said that I jumped off the healthy eating wagon screaming in delight at all the chocolate, chocolate, chocolate.
And now, well, my thighs look like motorcross track for fleas and ants due to all the bulging cellulite, which now has decided to stick around. Sooooo, frustrating.
Sooooo, we adopted a puppy. A puppy which requires being walked and played with for 1 to 1.5 hours per day. My children are now outside more often. We are walking everyday, even the hubby. And child number 2 has not seemed to gain any weight. Thank goodness.

Well, I have been off & on the stairstepper, but on a good enough amount of times that I am happy with it. I have been buying no junk food and cooking healthy, so that translates to my family eating healthy, which is making me very happy! :)
I am back on my goal here - I want to be where I was before my life all fell apart last spring, I felt good, I looked decent enough, now I feel all blah again, so that's enough of that. I am in a new place, with a new job, and a new life, time to take back control! I'm ready! :)

Someone actually said to me Friday "you look like you've lost weight". After I got up from the floor from bowing down and thanking him, I felt good. I have probably lost just a pound or two. I haven't really got a good jumpstart on the weight, but I did work out yesterday and am trying to stay faithful to going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. Last week it was only 3 because of church stuff.

Guess I haven't missed anything in this thread. LOLNot a lot going on with me. I managed to go to the gym four times last week and am eating relatively healthy, turning down junk food when it's offered at work. Eating lots of fruits. :)
GOOD! I got motivated week before last, fell on my face when I found out my friend had cancer ... I am having my colonoscopy tomorrow, I guess that is a healthy thing.

My car broke down on the way to the gym last night, and now I'm stranded. But I'm going to walk the dogs for some fresh air.
I had a milestone moment. HR brought us pizza, brownies and a family brough us donuts yesterday and I didn't have one bit of any of it. I stuck to my veggies and beans and brown rice lunch. It's rare that I don't at least have a bite, which then leads to a sllice and then a binge. LOL
