Hi all! Didn't get to weigh in last week - we were busy buying a new vehicle! 4wd, very helpful with today's snow storm!!! Have been sticking to WW pretty well, until today when the hospital had the holiday buffet. Even then I was fine, til I got to the desert part. Completely splurged on a SINFUL chocolate cheese cake. MAN was that good, worth any effort it will take to get rid of it. Did get a bit of a sugar rush 'ugh' feeling about an hour after, but that was worth it too.
Will weigh in Fri morning.... Best be on my best behavior the next couple days!!!
:Santa2:
today was a lousy eating day.
homeschool with ds2 was good though. I helped with the boys' Bitty Sports too. I also managed to finish all paperwork needed to turn into the state for homeschool. ds2 continues to improve.
took another nap.
Yesterday, I began my version of composting. Which basically amounts to dig a hole, drop old vegetables/bread inside, cover hole with dirt.
going to bed.
Hi everyone.
Congrats, Muffie. Hon, you inspire me. thank you.
Tweety, yes, I understand your concerns regarding the dogs and composting. We are planning on adding a dog to our family sometime in 2008. I will need to research, how to handle that situation. I didn't think the dogs would be interested in spoiled vegetables; but, I don't know for certain.
Eating the best that I can.
Going to bed.

I think they will eat ANYthing, won't they? lol
Zoe,
I don't know. I kinda hope not, but, I don't know. I'll have to ask some of my other composting friends.
Eating junk at times. Eating well at times too. Overall, I think the habits are improving, but, I need to get on the scale. That is the true test, after all.
Soooo, tired. worked last night. hopefully will finish online shopping tonight or in early morning.
Well, I just started WW online. Im very nervous and afraid of failure. I have had it being overweight!!!!! I gained so much weight in nursing school!! Is anyone else on WW?Please, I need support!!!!!!
Muffie has been doing WW - I don't know who else - but every one of us is trying to do SOMEthing to improve our health (many of us by eating healthier!!) - so you are not alone! Just post on here every day and don't be afraid to be honest (lol) - we are all fallible too - but the honesty helps, er, keep us honest ha ha
