See . . I love food. My dh eats to live and I live to eat, sorta.And when I eat something that is especially good, I usually end up having more than one helping. Hence the 3 bowls of chili. Now, the chili has healthy things BUT you can't negate the calories, good or bad.

And it's mostly carbs, right? Even if it's good carbs ... Maybe that is what stirred up the cravings?
I do that when I make pea soup (when it comes out right I should say - LAST time it was only so-so). Anyway - I keep eating and eating and eating it til it's gone ... What a world, what a world ...
Eh, wait - yep, wicked witch has been eating the pea soup too!

I want to lose 5 more pounds by Thanksgiving. I am back to my post-pregnancy wt, but want to eventually get all the way back to pre-pregnancy.
Back on the wagon I go.

You can do it. No wt gain is better than a wt gain any day!!! Congrats on the post-pregnancy wt.
