I ADORE avocados.The fact that sugar is way down the list is good information for me to have, thank you! I really hate my veggies and fruits, they take too long to eat! (isn't that stupid?)
Definately not stupid, but as an excuse for not eating enough fruits and veggies it is lame. (Said with the deepest fondness and love so as to encourage you more. LOL)

I think eating those things makes you have less room for the "bad" stuff. I think too it flushes out your system better than the sugar/white flour which turn into paste when you eat them! Also, if your body is "well" fed you aren't going to feel "hungry" for the other stuff as much, if that makes sense.
Wish I could do this by osmosis...

I too adore avocados. I brought cheerios to the office with fat-free milk for breakfast, then I also stocked up on salad and cottage cheese for lunch. I did splurge and get a bag of pre-cooked bacon, but it's really good to take just one piece, cook it until it's crisped in the microwave and then crumble it on the salad - yummy. :) I also got some bananas (potassium - hehe) and think I might stop by the store and pick up some avocados when I go get my little man from pre-school.

I just got the CD I ordered the other day, but haven't had a chance to pop it in yet. Hopefully I will get to do that this weekend (working on house painting this week on my days not in school, which is burning a ton of calories - I'm sure - hehe).

I'm debating going to yoga class or to a movie with friends. I seriously need to socialize more, but with school I really don't have time to the dinner/movie thing in the middle of the week. We'll see.
I've got to take an ACLS pre-test to bring to class tomorrow. So I'll do that first.
You can't argue that I'm not exercising my mind the last couple of days, with ACLS and my patho class.
I've been very good with eating the past few days. I had kind of a fast food decadent meal for lunch today. I had those Morningstar veggie chicken patties, covered with pizza sauce and mozz. cheese and it was just like chicken parmesean......quick and easy. I had spinach (frozen) on the side with olive oil.
Good deal Tweety - personally, I think you should reward your hard working self and go to the movie! After all, how often do you really do that? You work hard, you eat well, you exercise and you study like crazy, so take a break and enjoy a night out with your friend. You can be good and exercise again tomorrow. Sometimes we just need to do something fun.
