Health office software

Currently we use CareDox and seem to be having a lot of issues lately. Also, we're not getting good response when we contact their support department. What software do you use & do you feel like your concerns/issues are handled promptly?

SNAP for the public school I work at, and for the most part I like it... The district uses Rediker for admin stuff and Rediker is supposed to "talk" to SNAP to update demographic info, but it isn't working this year for some odd reason... IT still working on it.

The private school I work at on the weekend uses Medicat, which I like a lot better, though I suspect that Medicat is much more suited to a boarding school or college health center situation. Much more organized and the charting is more intuitive and there is the ability to freetext a note for communication with parents.

Skyward and it's working for me so far.

We use Magnus and while it is a little hard to learn it is very good.

We use TylerSIS and it is becoming a swear word around here!

We use CareDox as well and have no had any issues. Is is just in your area perhaps? Our support person is very good about answering our questions and tweeking the system where we need it.

We used SNAP when I worked per diem in the boarding school. I remember it being fairly straightforward/user friendly.

Another Magnus user here... I like it for the most part (private boarding school)
