It's interesting that the health workers suddenly decided that vaccines and employment requirements for vaccinating were against their religious beliefs. And they decided it during a pandemic. They were so convicted in their feelings about the fetal fibroblasts that they refused even the vaccines that didn't utilize the old cell lines... during a pandemic.
Selfish self righteousness parading as Christianity is going to take a toll on growth of the church...

Not really, considering that a religious exemption had the greatest chance of being approved, and the least chance of being challenged.
I have no issues with someone claiming a religious exemption. However, as this is an affirmative defense, the onus of proof that this is indeed a sincerely and deeply held belief should be on the applicant. He or she should have to demonstrate that this was a long held belief, and that the have abstained from using other products derived from the objectionable technology.
I have to admit, following some of the decisions allowing our service members to object, this doesn't surprise me.

They might argue religious opposition to the Covid vaccine is different because their religion, MAGAism, didn't exist yet when flu and hep vaccines first came out.

You imagined that I was defensive and then said that the imagined defensiveness scared you.
Maybe you'll be less confused if you stick with commenting upon the topic rather than your feelings about my comments.

“Today, Liberty Counsel settled the nation’s first classwide lawsuit for health care workers over a COVID shot mandate, for more than $10.3 million. The class action settlement against NorthShore University HealthSystem is on behalf of more than 500 current and former health care workers who were unlawfully discriminated against and denied religious exemptions from the COVID shot mandate. The agreed upon settlement was filed today in the federal Northern District Court of Illinois.”
