Hi I was trying to see whose all applying to HCC for Spring 2021. I couldn't apply for fall because I needed Micro.

How did you guys upload you immunizations?I have a paper copy of my immunizations, can we upload it by scanning it or taking a picture of the paper copy?

yes you scan the copy and upload it as a pdf file

Im currently in the same boat as you all. I thought the letter of intent meant I was accepted. It seems as though HCC's process is very different from other programs. Here is their response when I asked for clarity......

Hello Paul,

The letter of Intent is one of the initial step to complete for admission process and not meaning for final acceptance. The letter of intent goes to all applicant whose application become academically qualified for the program and asked to proceed further for completing other pending requirement. If you have any questions regarding program requirements or process please contact program advisor -------------------------------------.

So we have until November to complete everything and upload it onto castlebranch right? My castlebranch isn't working right now and im trying to figure out the deadline for everything.

When you go into castlebranch and click on the physical examination requirement, when it drops down it’ll show a link to click that will let you download the form

Thank you for your helping, but I still don't find it. If or not I must Place Order and make a payment first; then, I can see the physical examation form requirement, right?

Find a family doctor, some doctors can do titers; some not, asked first; then, go

Hey I've used Cvs(minute clinic), Walgreens, HEB pharmacy and http://accesalabs.com you simply order the test online and choose which lab you want to go to
