HCC ADN Fall 2008 Applicants

Anyone applying to Houston Community College for the fall? I signed up today for the HESI. I am scheduled to take it on 3/29. If I do well, they will place me into the summer pharmacology course. I am a little nervous. I would love to hear from any students that are in the program. Any tips on the HESI & the Pharm. class would be helpful! :bugeyes: The thought of it... ahhh it boggles my mind! LOL

Aaahhhh well, Pharm. is over for me. I ended up with a high B and a 100 calculation score. Only 12 in out class passed the class :( .

How do they do the final grades for our Pharm class? Is it on a ten point scale (i.e. A=100-90, B=89-80, etc.) or (A=100-94, B=93-88, etc.). I know we have to pass with a 75, but I was just curious as to what my letter grade will be if my final grade is an 85.

According to the syllabus, it's a 10 pt system so you'd have a B with an 85.

I've got a high B, too, but with a final push on the final next week I hope to drag it up to a low A!

Can anyone who has taken the third test already post any information on it? I'm not sure when everyone has their respective tests, but possibly someone has already had it?

87...the quizzes are only worth 5%. I have to make atleast a 75 to keep my B. Its going to be a long night for me!!! Yepee!!:specs:
