Some nursing school requires Ethics class.
I am done with all Science classes and will be taking Ethics in Fall 2013.
It's going to be totally different from Science class, and I have not taken any Philosophy class.
Any recommendations please?

I liked my ethics class. As long as you can defend your point with examples and research there are no incorrect answers! My ethics class was a TON of paper writing.

Ethics was a very hard class for me. All of our tests were essay and it was a lot of memorization. But, in the end, I loved it. Be prepared for some new concepts. You'll get it in the end.

I liked ethics &I found it easy. My teacher had us read different essays & either defend or argue with its viewpoint. It was abstract but my teacher respected every student's opinion.

I had to take Medical Ethics for my program. I had several opinion-based "response" papers based on a prompt in our book, and only two exams- the midterm and the final. The class was interesting because it covered many topics such as physician-assisted suicide, abortion, patient autonomy, etc.

I LOVED ethics!!! It was actually a Philosophy class on ethics. That was actually my last class prior to graduation, after ALL my nursing classes. Taking it after nursing school, to me helped solidify and reinforce my nursing schooling...yes, lots of response and paper writing, however, a great class overall
