Hi, rninme. I haven't been accepted yet. I applied and was told I needed to hurry to get all my transcripts in before the committe met. Well my advisor had emailed me and let me know that all was complete in my file and the committee would meet the following week and I would know within two weeks. Well its now been four weeks and still have heard nothing. I figured it may be delayed over the name change. I want to wish you well in your RN to BSN program. I figured that there would be a lot of people who had applied for Oct. but I guess not because no one has responded to my thread. It makes me wonder how many applications that they received so far. I noticed on the Deaconess website that they are still taking applications for the Oct. session. Well I'm going to try and call them and see what is said. I figured that I would get a letter if I was turned down. Well I will let you now if I find out anything. Thanks, Carolyn

I hope you hear something soon! I know the waiting can be just awful. The best advice I can give to people dealing with Chamberlain (aka CSN, aka DCN) is to be persistent in keeping in contact with the school. Keep calling and sending pleasant emails until they tell you that you have a seat in the program.
The best of luck to you

Hey, can I join in? I havent' been accepted yet. I applied for the Oct 2006 semester at Deaconess, but they said I won't hear anything for about 2 weeks ( which probably means 4-5 weeks). I hope I get in because I don't have a degree and someone told me that they pick people with degrees first.
