hello I was curious to know if anyone had done this to refresh themselves in a course. I wasn't sure if it would be worth doing. I want to sit in lecture and learn but what if I have questions and the prof wont care to answer them for me b/c I am not a credit student. Anyone has done this.

I haven't done this, but as far as I've heard from students that have, auditing just means that you don't receive a grade for the class that appears on your transcript. You still pay, you still do the work, and the professors should still help you!

What class are you considering to audit? At my school auditing classes is not allowed in the nursing program.

I have audited classes - some profs are cool and just let you sit in and listen. Doesnt hurt to ask. I did this both in college and high school.

I've audited a class but not in nursing. I tried not to get too "into" asking questions or taking the instructor's time in other ways. I was able to get what I needed from the class without being worried about grades.
