Maybe you can clear this up then. You were hired on as a FT new grad, are you being paid a base pay WITH benefits?

OK! Good to know! Was wondering if they were only offering the 'relief' position for new grads where they are paid more per hour, but do not get benefits. I'd prefer to have the benefits if it came down to it.

Congrats! How soon after you got interviewed did they give you an offer? I just got interviewed today and I was wondering how long everyone waited for until they heard back 😅

That was my second preference. Turned out I interviewed for my third preference, PICU. I was told next week to get final decision.

When it was mentioned earlier to email the recruiter with the test results & unit preferences & resume etc- is that referring to the job focused assessment? Or is there another assessment they'll send out?

The assessment with multiple choice questions relating to your personality/work ethics. Not sure what it is titled, but it will give you results that put you in "band" (group).

It will take them about a week up to ten days I spoke with a recruiter just to make sure. I interviewed with Peds ED on Tuesday.
