No clue. I can't even find any info on their new grad program info. There was someone earlier saying they got into the new grad cohort for March. No details about it though. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Apply here
Take assessment when provided. It's super easy and takes about 15 min.
When you receive the results (emailed), send over your resume, cover letter, assessment results, and 3 preferred unit specialties over to: [email protected]

Hope that helps!

Thank you so much!!

They offer cohorts every month which is probably why they don't have much information on it. From what I was told during my interview I had a couple days ago you don't spend much time in the classroom maybe a few weeks but you do spend a lot of time shadowing nurses before they let you on your own.

How did it go for you? I think my interview went well. It was for Peds/PICU. They mentioned they had quite a number of interviews throughout the day and would hear back next week at the earliest.

Mine went well! I interviewed for Med/surg and the lady that told me also that they were interviewing a lot of people. But I'm really anxious to hear back from them. I hope it goes well for us!

I interview with them three weeks ago. I also had a referral from a previous nurse manager, and I still haven't heard anything from them yet. And I was hoping I would hear from them before I made my decision, but they took too long and I had to answer so I decided to go with Providence instead. My friend also hasn't heard from them too, and she interviewed around the same time as me for a different unit.

Oh, this is interesting. Well, I will keep this in mind if it begins to take too long. Thank you for sharing!

Yeah, I would definitely keep it in mind but also if other offers are given to you, weigh it out. I know the pension is great. I also wanted to be there so I can continue my pension but honestly, I'll just get my years in and then I'll transfer to a county/state hospital later. But just keep in mind that I think county offers relief nurses higher pay in the 60s without and regular nurses in the high 40s with benefits. So you wouldn't know if you would be a regular or a relief nurse until they offer you the letter. I was offered in the low 60s with benefits.

OK. They did ask during the interview if I was wanting a relief position or full-time. I did say full-time.

I have no clue. They only asked if I was seeking Relief or FT. Wish I knew more.
