I wish I knew how they choose applicants! There were a few others there and they only had their ASN.

I usually only make it one page. I honestly didn't expect anything. Few months ago I didn't hear anything from them. And I applied right when the applications opened.

I'm not internal. I didn't do clinical there. My status says "in process". I do have my MSN. And when I submitted my application I made sure to attach all documents. Resume, 2 letters of recommendation, transcripts, diplomas, liscense, and certifications.

Yes I applied to L&d, er, and med surg 7north. I filled out my applications on 7/11/25

I applied for med surg 5north. Received a text message on 7/14 to interview 7/15. waiting to hear back now..

I asked the recruiter and he said this same thing. 12 hires and 24 people being interviewed
