Its the second half of the last day of the first full week since break.

Just wanted to add that once a month the SPED kids make lunch for staff. It's $5 donation to the classroom, and usually is a great hot lunch and a dessert. Well, Time to Dine happens to be today. It's a great program and the food is so good. Be jealous, y'all.

Yay! Friday! This is our first full week of school since before Christmas. We were out several days for snow. It's been a LONG day already. Have 16 absent with Flu. Sent 6 home already. Come on 3:30pm!
P.S. I am jealous of your lunch. I am having a pizza lunchable.

Yay! Friday! The first full week since break has been a poop week! We're battling the flu. I haven't sent many home today so I'm hoping they are staying home on their own. Yesterday...now that was a busy day.....
Yum on Time to Dine! I'm having a Lean Cuisine, so you can be jealous of me too. lol

I'm so ready for the weekend! Who has fun plans?
My daughter has a violin lesson tomorrow (it's seriously her favorite time of the week, so it sets the weekend off on a good note). I'm also meeting up with the kids who I used to nanny for in college (graduated 17 years ago, so they're adults now- I'm old).
Tonight we're going out with some other couples in town. I love weekends so much, and I appreciate them so much more now that I get all of them off from work :)
Also, I'm eating a hodgepodge of leftovers from my fridge, so I'm jealous of Time to Dine! I love that idea, too.
We have no plans for this weekend. My son wants to go to a friend's house and to see his grandma. My spouse is going to a thing with friends tonight, and I have a pile of school work to get through.
I'll probably make some time for a scary movie if I am ever alone, though.

Today was VIP day at my kids' school so I got to go over there and hang out in one of the 4th grade classrooms. Now I'm back at my school and getting through some vision and hearing screenings and updating IEPs that are due for annual reviews.
This weekend we are celebrating my mom's bday (it was yesterday). She also wanted to go spread my dad's ashes at a park that he used to walk at all the time. I know it needs to be done but I don't like the ceremony of it and I'm not really looking forward to it.

We are not only celebrating Friday, but also the 100th day of school! The first grade class nextdoor to me counted (very slowlyyy) to 100 this morning. At least this means we are on the downhill slide to summer!
