Can people list hair products you have found that dont contain alcohol. Shampoo, conditioner, root lift?

And the sad thing is that if you test positive for anything, the monitoring programs won't even care if it was a false positive or what might have caused it. You'll be punished in whatever way they see fit.

I have read many labels. The print is so small on many! Asking for specific products due to myover the hill vision! Lol!

I use Organix brand shampoo and conditioner, with Dove Shower Gel. I do color my hair with L'Oreal hair color, and haven't had a positive test. I also use Almay deodorant and Tom's toothpaste instead of what I used before I started in monitoring.

I've changed almost all the products I use, but have continued to use the hair color I always have.

Gee now after reading this I am a little hinky about coloring my Hair. Never had a problem with Clairol Nice&Easy. I use Tom's toothpaste. Never thought about it, but I love my nice perfumes and scents. Oooohhhh scary. Usually pee in the morning after work tho when all frou-frou is all sweatted off!

Why? Are you using it as a beverage??

To Quote Saturday Night Live "Jane You Ignorant ----":banghead:

Alcohol in products absorbs through the skin or is inhaled into the lung fields and excretes a chemical called EtG in your urine which monitoring boards have used as "Evidence" of alcohol consumption. I can't cite all the literature right now but a brief search or "False Positive Etg" with reveal lots of evidence based research."

To the OP - Stick with Natural Organic I like TOM's Of Maine products and do not use alcohol based hair dyes, sprays or mouse - and for God's sake just throw away the Pam cooking spray

Here's the thing about Pam. It contains a small amount of grain alcohol which is used as a chemical dispersant but the quantity is so small it's not actually listed as an ingredient. One of my positive Etgs appeared to be directly tied to use of PAM as it was the ONLY new product I had used in the time frame involved. Still most of the evidence for what can cause a positive EtG is anecdotal at best. Bottom line is every body's body chemistry is different. The other one I had I believe was cause by hair dye fumes but will never really know for sure - Monitoring is many years behind me now so I just hang around to support fellow trudgers.
