What would you think??? complaints of R MID-LOW BACK PAIN INTERMITTENTLY FOR 3 YEARS -extreme lady partsl pressure x3 days feels like insides coming out but that pain also intermittent also rectal pressure that started with the lady partsl pressure also intermittent. Also throat feels like its closing up ....hard to swallow ...also-intermittent!! and of course -this is just a scenario;)

Probably a vibrating one at that of course the OP doesn't mention how intermittent is the discomfort.

Of course with the swelling throat I kind of wondering if wasn't some irritant like pepper on whatever has been in the lady's mouth/lady parts and rectum.
