Gwinnett Technical College...Applying for the Nursing Program Jan 2016

Hey all!

Just wanted to see if any students on here is attending Gwinnett Tech and taking the pre-req for Nursing who will be applying January 2016 for the Fall 2016 program. I am signed up the take Micro this fall and will be applying in January. I'm not confident that I will be admitted into the program next Fall because of my GPA(2.9). I think I will have to retake A&P2 since I didn't do so well in that class. Hoping that I will score high on the Kaplan to see if that would help. I am planing on taking the Kaplan in October so if I need to retake, I can do so in late November or early December.

Hi, has anyone heard anything yet?! I'm so ready to know! Haha

I haven't heard anything yet either but I talked 2 Saadia and she said we should get an email later this week or early next week.

Hello, what are my chances of getting in. I have a 3.87 and I received a 82 on my Kaplan. I have also applied at Emory for 2016 (fall) .

Emory already sent me a letter they said I have been placed on a waitlist. If I get into both which one would you recommend. Also, please email me anything I need in regards to books, study tips, ect... so I can do that over the summer. I want to be very well prepared since I heard it is fast paced and intense. I can't wait to hear from you...

I don't think its true. But I have the same feeling. I'm just so ready to her already! Haha I know las year's students got letters today, so I'm hoping!

I noticed that too that students got their letters today from last year. I swear this waiting is pure agony.

Tell me about it. last year everyone knew by 1/31/2015. The transcripts showed Nursing Program on banner.
