Hey guys, anyone else applying to the CNL program at Augusta University ( previously known as GRU)? I am going to be applying and if admitted I think I would prefer to make my move a few months post acceptance. I have 2 bachelors and my passion is with Psychiatric Mental health but I really don't want another Bachelors so the CNL seems just fine to have under my belt until I maneuver into a DNP program. It all sounds so pricey but in the end I believe it will be worth the while. I know I am early but hopefully others are interested. My scores aren't great but I saw people with similar scores with acceptance so lets just pray. I have great grades it is just one school gave me F's instead of W's when I withdrew in 2008 and I have had hell getting it off my record but it has no bearing on my gpa it is still "good" just not where it could be without 4-5 F's.
Hi everyone! Athens student here staring this fall. Does anyone know what Patho book we will be using? Id like to order it now and start looking over it. I looked on the school library's website and it didn't have the fall classes listed to find the book yet. Any info on any of the books we will be using would be greatly appreciated! TIA

I think you'd have better luck getting an answer from the group on Facebook. Current students have joined the group and are really great about answering questions.
Hi mas91,
Hope you are doing great with your last semester!
I wonder if you could share more info about CONAT when you have time. How many students can be assigned for internship in Metro Atlanta? Starting from the second semester, how many days per week you have to be on the athens campus? Thanks!!
My name is Shanovia . I stay minutes from Augusta University. I plan on applying in February for the fall. I have a BA in Criminal Justice and will have to take all the Math and Chemistry classes. You can apply and get accepted without having the pre req completed before applying. But before the program starts you must have them completed. I wanted to know if anyone graduated the program or still in the program. If so what is it like and how does everything work.
I'm hoping someone will see this... but can anyone who just finished their first semester of the program tell me what their schedule was like? Like what time classes were each day and how long you were in classes. I'm assuming the schedule for either campus would be the same since one campus broadcasts the lectures to the other campus but I'm about to be at the Athens campus this upcoming Fall and would love any insight!

No, Emily said that they take people from the alternate list until July.
