i have a case study- patient is under the 5% percentile norm for height and weight for her age (4 yrs)
i was going to use delayed growth and development or should i use risk for disproportionate growth? i see conflicting information...however, i didn't think that this was "risk for" as she is already under the 5% norm, however maybe i am wrong? maybe there is a better diagnosis?
thanks!

What is the medical diagnosis or etiology for the growth delay and will the problem continue? That is a big part of the choice process.
