Grossmont Nursing Spring 2017 Cohort

Hi! Good luck to everyone who applied for Spring 2017! I just wanted to start a thread for those of us anxiously awaiting to hear back. I will be applying to Mira Costa and Palomar, as well as SDCCD and southwestern later in the year. How many points does everyone thing they had? From what I've read, it seems like most cohorts hear back in mid-late September. I wish everyone the best!

I personally didn't take any spanish courses. I had the doctor I worked with write a letter of rec. noting that I translated for him . I hope it counts for points!:sarcastic:

I was wondering is anyone that applied a LVN. I was reading previous posts and it looks like that have not had a step up program in a few years. Im a LVN that makes me nervous on top of the freaking wait!

I didn't but it's always an option. I know Mira Costa has an LVN - RN step up program too ;)

Thanks for updating us ckaltenbach. I wonder if it is taking longer because there were more applicants this year than there have been in the previous years?

All the lady said was they were still going through applications and all correspondence is through email

Awwww not until the end of September!! :( I was anxiously waiting for the weekend to be up lol I will go crazy if I have to wait another week!
