Grossmont Nursing Spring 2017 Cohort

Hi! Good luck to everyone who applied for Spring 2017! I just wanted to start a thread for those of us anxiously awaiting to hear back. I will be applying to Mira Costa and Palomar, as well as SDCCD and southwestern later in the year. How many points does everyone thing they had? From what I've read, it seems like most cohorts hear back in mid-late September. I wish everyone the best!

Hi everyone,

I applied for Palomar and Mira Costa for the Spring ADN as well.. Anxiously waiting for a reply even through Palomar said the notifications may be later due to the extended application period.. I believe my points to be somewhere from 82-86 depending on the extra points they give me.. I hope to see you all there (getting in somewhere).. They only give you a few days to decide? Wow I wonder how it works if you're waiting for another program. It would be cool if they coordinated and all notified the same day,, the same way.

No!!! I know... I keep thinking that oh maybe today will be the day. And then nope :( I think last year they found out on the 16th or 18th of September, I was just hoping this year would be earlier! Hopefully it's soon!

Dang that's early... When was the deadline to apply for grossmont?? I wish Palomar and Mira Costa would let us know so soon..

I think by next week we should hear something! Still checking my email everyday though, even on the weekends (by habit). Lol

Starting to get nervous each time I look at my email! I received two emails from grossmont today, neither about the nursing program but my heart sank both times!

My heart stops each time my email alerts :nailbiting:. Hopefully peeps will start to hear something soon! the waiting is painful , my goodness :x3:
