At 10? We are talking a 5th grader here.... Unless she has disabilities, I'm thinking she knew exactly what she was doing.

I think not. It was very wrong of her to being getting into Grandma's meds, but no 5th grader I know of knows what Fentanyl is or that there are meds that could be harmful that don't necessarily come in a pill form. It was most likely a "curiousity" thing, unfortunately.

As is said with every passing generation. If this were true- toddlers would be buying drugs on the street corner at this point. I can't see that kids are getting into drugs and sooner than they were during the hippy area.

My sister was introduced to pot by her best friend's older sister when she was 9 . . .. . and my sister is 51 now.
