Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?
Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?
Just finished it! It's a bit busier in the beginning but about the same amount of work as the other classes. If you know what your topic is going to be right away or before you start it will go faster.
I think that is the key to the entire project. Know your topic. We had people switching mid stream and the prof was warning people to stay with their original topic. She said some people have been known to switch in week 2!
Hello-Just to explain, I posted something about all of the ideas you were giving me for online paperwriting help, etc...I got a big box saying, your posts will need to be reviewed before they will appear. And it did not get posted! Than for a period of time, while I had my 3 year old tantrum:sarcastic:, I was able to post. Today, I wasn't allowed to post all today. This evening I can.
I know others have mentioned not seeing posts, like purplemyst's note that I saw, about completing. But many could not find it. I suspect some posts disappear and oddities happen? And I over-reacted. I am pretty stirred up about which school to choose. Can you tell? This does indicate to me that it might be better for me to choose a program with no group projects....if ppl don't pull their wt I may get all worked up? IDK. Anyway, I will be so happy when I can make a decision, feeling in limbo is driving me nuts.
Anyway, I apologize and of course I now can see there is something odd about the site from time to time.

Wow, that would be tough! We only had one announcement about missing assignments so hopefully everyone got it all done on time.

Any online paper writing ideas and suggestions we give, as well as naming programs do NOT get you banned or reviewed. I do know there are some areas where you post here on AN that has EVERYONE getting reviewed before the persons post is "official".
As for the CLC, good luck in finding ANY program that does not have one. I know students who are doing in state programs as well as online. They ALL have them.
Regardless, you have to choose a program that will work for you. They all will be stressful and like I said, I don't know of any that don't have a group project.
AWAY WITH YOU, I SAY!!
I work best under pressure! In my last semester in my ADN we had to do a case study. It was intense too. I did it in about 8 hours. 27 pages. Got an A!

I definitely agree with you, the literature reviews were the worst part and the fact that one can easily overthink it or complicate each part.
