Ummmm apply to find out but from what I understand, international nurses must have their school send all their transcripts and then retake a year of classes.

Look at these 5 threads and you will have a much better idea of the scope of the issue. There are MANY of them. I searched "filipino graduate NCLEX" in the AllNurses search feature. Click on the little magnifying glass icon in the yellow bar at the top of the page.

Thank you for the advice guys. I have one last concern is it possible for me to take LVN board. Because base on what i read in the links that you gave me i think i am affected with the concurrency issue so im thinking to be an LVN instead and proceed to RN if i have a chance.

hello po... what do they exactly mean about the concurrency? My husband applied for an exam and was told he has to take units..
CA requires clinical and theory elements to be taken at the same time

As an example, this means when you do your peds stuff in the classroom, you also do the peds clinicals in the same quarter or semester. There are several other elements that must be matched up this way and none of them can be split across quarters/semesters. To do so, as commonly happens in the Philippines and other places, you become disqualified as an applicant because then the clinical and theory elements are no longer "concurrent." This was, at first, primarily a problem for Excelsior College students because of the format of the program. When California stopped accepting EC student applications because of the "concurrency" problem, schools outside of California should have seen the writing on the wall and adapted their programs to eliminate this issue for their students.
