I read on the board when I took the TEAS V last week that we would hear about our application status in three weeks....so now that would just be a little over two weeks
Hey what "board" are you talking about? Is it at the school?

The dry erase board in the classroom where we took the test. It was right under where they listed out the different levels of scores, and which ones were acceptable.
Oh ok, I got cha. I take mt TEAS on the 23rd.

Hi! I applied for the 2012 LPN-RN Bridge program. Does anyone know when they will be sending out acceptance letters for that program? My overall GPA is 3.2, Biology GPA 3.57, and I made a 77% on Teas. Is that good enough? I don't know! Please any information would be great! Thanks

I received a letter stating that I met the minimum requirements and that my application will be further reviewed. We're supposed to hear something by September 30th. Good luck to everyone!
slo- I received the same letter from Mrs. Creel. I hope that's a good sign! Good luck and keep me posted if you find out anything else. :)

I got a 67.3 (profient) score.....

Hey ya'll. Just took the TEAS V tonight at gpc. Scored an 88.7. NAILED reading, math and language usage, not so much the science. Strange, because that's what I was least worried about.
At any rate, I'm not sure what my gpa is, but it's at least a 3.4 or thereabouts. I have previous degrees so figuring out my gpa gets tricky.
Hope we all hear good news by September!
ps. where else did y'all apply? I only applied to Emory, and was accepted, but can't afford it (who can?!). If I don't get into gpc I think I'll end up at Mercer.
Keepmovinlpn I scored about the same as u and was very upset and have decided it is probably a long shot for me now but I did email Mrs creel and she basically gave me the impression that they mostly look at reading comp and math scores so if u did ur best in those and poorly in the others u might have a chance.....me I did 90 in comp but like 50 in math haha so not lookin good for me:crying2:
Well, I may not have a chance because I passed everything but the reading...I had a 69.7% in the reading and math was a 83%....... I dont think things are looking good for me either.......do you know of anyone that has gotten in with our scores? I will keep you in my prayers, I know exactually how you feel.:redpinkhe
I do not know of anyone personally, but that does not mean that it has not happened. Its also a little hard to know for sure because the TEAS V is pretty new, and I heard it is alot harder then previous forms of the TEAS. I think GPA plays an important factor too, so if you have a higher GPA that will really help. I did receive a littler saying I met minimum requirements and im still being considered, but I have a feeling they send that to everyone that scored proficient.......Thanks for the thoughts and prayers I will pray for you too! I keep telling myself maybe the spring is not for me, and my time will be next fall because then I will have finished every core class and I can take the TEAS V again, and hopefully do better.
Thats how I feel to metoyou. I will be finish with all of my core in the fall of this year. But lets not give up total hope, we still have chance of getting in. I just took my test last Thursday, when did you take yours?
